Your UX coach is a seasoned user experience professional that has been trained to coach cross-functional teams to ensure the team has the skills, knowledge, and tools to deliver an experience that balances the needs of the user, the capabilities of the technology, and the objectives of the organization.
You'll identify four key team members to work alongside you and your UX coach to learn methods to define and address existing opportunities and challenges.
Customize a schedule with your UX coach to best meet your needs, and the needs of your team with a total of 6 hours of meetings each month. You decide if those meetings are as a group, one-on-one, or a combination.
You'll also have unlimited email support so you and your team can stay engaged in the process and get important questions answered between sessions.
